No Immediate Changes
We are committed to full continuity of service for Aquarion New Hampshire customers, and there will be a five-year transition period for operations to ensure a seamless transition. Any existing system upgrades or projects will progress as scheduled.
The following will remain the same for Aquarion New Hampshire customers:
- Account number, water bill, and payment methods
- The website (aquarionwater.com) and online account management tools
- Contact information for account questions or emergencies
Customers will receive direct notifications about future changes to customer account numbers, or other updates involving the transition.
