Unitil shifts toward a remote customer service workforce during coronavirus

Unitil Corporation’s customer service wing made the transition to a predominantly remote workforce early on during the coronavirus pandemic, restructuring how the utility provider operates within the region.

Although from a customer perspective it may appear that little has changed, the company has worked behind the scenes to ensure that the level of service is the same despite a new work environment.
