Unitil Supports United Way’s Campaign

Unitil Corporation, (unitil.com), a provider of natural gas and electricity to customers in New England, and their employees have pledged $57,000 to United Way of North Central Massachusetts.

"We are really pleased that our employees were so supportive, especially this year," said Media Relations Manager, Alec O’Meara.

The annual employee campaign drive raised nearly $45,000 and the company contributed $12,000, with $7,000 designated to the Community Impact Fund and $5,000 to the Stand United Fund for Covid-19 response.

United Way of North Central Massachusetts is a local, independent nonprofit that supports programs and initiatives in the area of health, education and financial stability in 22 communities in North Central Massachusetts.
